when san pablo was purchased... milagros wanted to buy the whole company.... every mine...all silver and gold projects as well......crgp...said.....if things dont work out for us.....we may sale in the future.....things aren't going the way crgp wants so there selling/merging.....milagros doesnt care about a lawsuit initiated over fund transferring..... they just want the mining operations and all assets....amo
