what your guys take on this?

I don't think I would merge with a company, that is about to begin a lawsuit trial. Or a company that is willing to leave all its shareholders holding the bag.

At this point what could a scammer gain financially from this at this point anymore? why bother PR a merger. if they are buying up the shares then they are spending money doing so, right?

Was hoping this would be wrapped up before the court date.

Wasn't to happy with the PR - Carter didn't even offer any apology to the shareholders, Hopefully his apology is a decent buyout off
