Hmmm.. If they purchased a mine for $14.6 Mil

Wonder what they will pay for a controlling interest in all assets of the company (Purchase the shares of the company)...

If the O/S is around 450,000,000
Assets and Cash of the company could put a value of around $45Mil...

That would equate to a fair price of .10

Give or take...

.05 - .10 would be a reasonable buyout purchase for the company shares

Anyone else have something similar?
