WOW...can't believe the number of outstanding shares of DKTS = 21.14 billion shares. How could this happen? Oh....my....lot of shares to dilute or reverse split is on the pipeline ready to rob us shareholders including our restricted shares from ISBG. This is another scam on the making. Unbelievable.
