What is DKTS waiting to distribute the ISBG restricted shares for those shareholders who owned shares of $DKTS? Release that to us now even if it is restricted, we deserve that as per agreement/contact when 75% COVADO etc, was sold to ISBG. Don't deny that to shareholders and demand that to be distributed now.
