Brilacidin's mechanism of action makes it much less likely to develop resistance. It's like lobbing a hand grenade through the cell wall, hard for a cell to live after that.
They did do studies that indicated that development of resistance was unlikely. If I have time later today I'll try to dig it up. If anyone remembers where that was, please post it.
