I am just going off of what the emails said. COR implied that DTCC erroneously charged them. You are right, complaints are biased and they are probably attempting to distort the truth. But I think both sides agree that their was an error in the system regarding the dividend. There might not have been and COR is just trying to BS to not admit they screwed up and save $3 million. Who knows...this is a good start though for understanding what is going on. No matter what, these documents are encouraging and I think CRGP comes out the winner and unscathed. IMO
