Maybe. But we know for sure from those emails that COR and their 361,000,000 million shares were not owed a dividend. DTCC erroneously charged this COR over $3 million and gave to CRGP. COR sold these shares for total less amount than dividend owed and therefore lost a lot of $$. So essentially, DTCC screwed up and CRGP needs to give back the $3 million since those shares were not owed a dividend. And the fact that Carter is cooperating is willing to fix the situation is encouraging. That's what I think is going on here.
