so im gonna recap what i think i know happened... lol
crgp sends email to finra about funds it received from dividend that didnt belong to them.

finra halts trading

cor paid wrongly charged dividend and as a precautionary messure filed a suit against crgp....in the event crgp was trying to pull a fast one.

and now all parties are having a pow wow to figure out who owes what and who receives what?
