I've been thinking about the greys as well and here is another crazy speculative theory. If we do go to greys and the company is still in the buyback phase then that means they will more than likely be able to continue the buyback at much lower levels do to all the people that will want to liquidate just because of the issues at hand. At the same time shorts will be covering and there is no telling what will happen at that point. This was all too elaborate for CRGP or COR to think they would get away without FINRA getting involved.
