Fair questions...
I believe this was explained in the proxy/filing. Anytime Gerald does a blog, the stock goes down as it becomes a great flip opportunity.
So who would you recommend for the CEO position that you wouldn't turn around 6 months later and complain about because they changed directions and took advantage of some good opportunities.
The SP doesn't reflect that the company is worth as it's a reflection of emotion. No different when it ran to .19 when the company had a faction of what they have today.
