AMBS stated on Aug 3rd that the application to list on NASDAQ has been submitted and were awaiting response. According to NASDAQ listing
timeline, it takes between four to six weeks to process a listing application.
Based on the timeline, we should expect announcement on the matter possibly this week if not the following week.
