Unfortunately I do not have L2 because it is an OTC stock but I do see the time/sales. And that 98k block did show up for short period and then disappeared when the price didn't jump down.

Keep in mind that message boards require you to agree to thier manipulation or you are a lying basher! Also remember those that accuse are often riddle with quilt of performing the same which they accuse.
