It's not all the time, it is some of the time. I don't mean automatically, rather I think they're flagged. Just like using the words "pumper, basher, agenda" etc.
It still needs a mod, or admin, to do it. So it's not always the case. But it happens a lot.
My rule, if I respond to a post that looks like it may be deleted, I don't use 'reply', I use 'post new message'
I also don't quote the post. Sometimes the garbage post is deleted, but some of the garbage remains as a reply.
