How about this then, Larry when did you receive a signed notarized document that codex 2.0 had been transferred from dfi to dfmi. Not a tax return , not an email not an "assurance or promise". Because I cannot find it anywhere on record with any notary agent or state registar. It also concerns me that if I were to invest in your company, no one can answer this simple question. Also if you had merged and acquired as assets , why was tmmi able to acquire and bring dfi to an s corp almost immediately?
This is just looking for clarity , because you seem to be able to share your events of what happened 20 years ago, id like to hear your version of this.
