By your statement of a quote from the counterclaim it is your admission that it is concerning the lawsuit. And NO I will not answer anything regarding the lawsuit.
As far as our attorneys go, that has been and will be a strategic move that I will not comment on. Why do you want to know?
Why wait 3 years? Well, I don't live on these boards as some do, but after my name and company's name has been damaged, I have chosen to voice my opinion. NOTE: my last post was not on Silicon Investor, but on Raging Bull.
As for unethical, my comments, as you call them are the facts that I have lived and is NOT unethical.
Yes I have heard of the other board and have posted there to. BUT posting with facts and not ridiculous projections, a hype that I see there.
