Let's not be naive. We now see in retrospect that this statement was an out and out lie. It's this lack of professionalism and example of mis-management that causes us to lose confidence and feeds the naysayers.

We need to hold management fully responsible and accountable. No more "we hope" or "we think." What has been done with the millions we've given you???
