It is always darkest before the dawn. I hope you sold at a profit. I am still accumulating as what I have seen at the big box stores is enough to assure me that our market cap should be much greater than it is. Has there been dilution?
You bet but that is exactly why companies are public to raise capital. I look at the authorized as being 100% outstanding and then I subtract the shares owned by insiders. Being one of the big 3 is awesome imho and the things management has accomplished on a shoestring budget is amazing. Everyone knows there is a large naked short and that the company has been under attack for a long time. I'm sure that is one very good reason that management does not share all that is going on. I would love to be going to the AGM but can't this year but perhaps next year. I do hope some who are able to attend will give us a report from their perspective. Go NTEK!!!
