I am not basing my opinions of what took place on Fernandez' version of events, I am basing my opinions on what took place with what I consider the self-dealing environment that ultimately stopped any further development of code that TMM had spent millions on in support of getting fractals into the video market place for so many years. Your memory is flawed as we have never spoken as I would certainly "remember" any such conversation friendly or not.
I asked you one simple question and you have not responded and I would think in the spirit of ethics that you like to portray you would reply.
In late 1999 and into the millenium, did you actively promote the purchase of TMMI stock while in possession of the "Iterated lawyer's letter stating that TMMI held zero rights to any of the fractal code"?
Just a simple yes or no will do.
