Yes, they do that, and yes, it is illegal. SA is small change for the most part, but their articles do impact small stocks like ours. I watched a documentary on Netflix recently, "To Catch a Trader," in which they talked to traders that admitted to getting phone calls from places like Barrons, "We're going to send out an upgrade on Amazon in 20 minutes." It's really frustrating, but it is at every level.

Now whether the whole publication is at fault, or just 1-2 people in a dept. is unknown.
