It is illegal to trade stocks based on inside information from the company! Why? You have an unfair advantage because you know if the news is good or bad. Correct?

So here is the million dollar question. Can SA, or the people in charge of SA, trade stocks based on the timing of articles they will be publishing?

Wouldn't that be some valuable trading information? Submit me your article I will let you know if we decide to publish (after we do our own trades). In return we will protect your identity from the companies you are disparaging ( since its only an opinion)

A sweet gig if they can trade on that info. Thoughts?
