Welcome Hill10, it's interesting that you would link the NDA with the end of the corporate year. There's been some talk about this, and I was thinking that if this was the case, then it would be to gauge the companies value and potential value. They have said many times that they have a backer with power. But I think there has to be more to it then what you and I are saying, missing some pieces of this puzzle.
