my first post here.
I still see HJOE getting current before Oct 1st (begining of 2016 fiscal year). With corporations issueing new capital budgets this is when most all major transactions take place. The more I think about the NDA the more i realize its purpose. HJOE was alotted "X" amount of time to get their DUCK's in order. 2015 was a rebuilding year and a massive transition for the company. I am sure they are tring to make sure 2016 starts with a solid foundation and with a positive outlook. Tho we as investors may not see an immediate gain, it will only be a matter of month. the 1st 10Q for 2016 will push this out of penny land.
