So now that the "delayed fireworks in the first week of August" predictions repeated so many times, has turned out to be dead wrong,
and with no AGM announced, no mentioning that seating a BOD is even on the agenda, with the plant remaining idle until at least the fourth quarter,
and with Heddle declaring that he doesn't have the money to execute the plan,
Which outcome is more likely ... A delayed billion dollar bonanza in first week of October? Or bankruptcy by end of year?
