Uh, maybe it's because anyone who follows pump-and-dump scams on IHUB would naturally be interested in PTOI?
I mean, PTOI was pumped to +$7.00 on Bordynuik's fraud, and then dumped to $0.07 with a little help from Heddle.
That's a "hundredth bagger" so far.
