The question is whether we have to approve the share structure to meet up listing requirements?
If we have to wait for the shares to be approved before continuing the uplist process that leaves 5 days for nasdaq approval if the price stays at current levels.
Talking about cutting it close. With managements track record of constant delays I am truly worried we may not be able to uplist.
