well...it's not a matter of opinion!!! It's not broken...it's "idle"...other than to support processor sales....

So, let me spell this out for you more clearly...seeing as you read the 10Q...yet failed to comprehend the meaning of the words...
The machines are idle...meaning... they are working..yet not running and/or processing either plastic or producing end product. They are simply idle UNTIL they need to support the sales of machines at which point, they will run a pilot program for end users. This isn't complicated!!!
