There are brokers that cater directly to that crowd. I agree...its criminal.
It happens to blue chips as well. Check out that candid interview with Cramer where he exposed himself as the fraud that he is. The only difference is the amount of money needed. Blue chips do it by influencing mainstream media and moving millions of dollars. Otc uses message boards and thousands of dollars.
Shorting is fine but manipulators should be skinned alive.
