No there is not a day without lies, that is how they make their money and there is way too many idiots like that for the SEC to handle.

It makes me sick that this is even allowed, there should be a cap put on short selling at least "Penny Stocks" because it is far to easy to manipulate down.

I do not think that there are very many brokers that allow short selling penny stocks.

With fidelity you can't buy penny stocks on margin and in order to short sell the shares they have to be held in margin for the legitimate shareholder to not be notified of their shares being borrowed.
I know nothing I own will be loaned out to short any stock as long as I am aware
