No clue. But I agree - it would seem to put the 30/60 achievement at risk.
Let's hope that our NASDAQ uplist is not contingent upon approval of the 3 proposals. If so, no uplist until at least September 7.
Would be nice if management would update us on this point given the two adjournments.
