Re: intlinfusion #19522
Great numbers and a lot going on with MSPrecise. MS is difficult to diagnose and the current method with OCB has an accuracy of approximately 54-69% according to the January PR. MSPrecise numbers are much higher and have gone up previously when combined with OCB.
What's next...
- Publish data combining MSPrecise and OCB in the near future
- Conduct a CLIA-validation study in order to make the test commercially available
- Conduct future investigational studies to determine CIS patients who will convert to RRMS
- Conduct a more expansive clinical study with a larger patient cohort including several sub-cohorts of RRMS patients on disease modifying therapies and OND patients
- Development of a blood based version of the test
