Also for tax purposes NAFTA splits profits 50/50 between the U.S.-because the parent CWRN is a U.S. corp-and Mexico-and very few companies pay the actual tax rate because of deductions-some big companies like GE e.g. paid no taxes last year because of deductions-and CWRN probably had millions in loss carryovers or the like from prior to 2011.
