and that 39k buffer to pay closing costs would only be WOLV's 1/2 of closing costs-so unless large new charges as previously mentioned were incurred they should be in good financial shape to proceed w closing- i have no insider knowledge whatsoever - just quickly utilizing my acct and law degrees
