from the last 10q total liabilities of 372k -ca 100 k of that was incurred in setting up this deal
so the total debt elim/cap raise of ca 411k IS indeed sufficient to not only pay of ALL last known debt but also to pay off up to 39k closing costs-and hopefully closing costs should not be that much because the ground work was extensively laid and already cost ca 100k over the last 18 months
total liabilities in previous qtr was ca 270k and negative working capital before incurring charges for setting up the deal was ca 247k as i previously mentioned
