rbtree, BGL's case for Cinco Minas is no longer practicable or attainable. (That is why they are writing off their "investment" in this case). Their action against MSJ (SRGE's new owner) was last tried in 2008.
This is 2015. Not going to happen for BGL. There are winners and losers. BGL is a loser. And MSJ (A Mexican company) is the winner.
It's time for MSJ/SRGE to move forward with the Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera properties.
Note: I have been consistently correct on this issue. I have been stating that BGL would have to write off their Bogus "asset" or "investment" in Cinco Minas. And, they have been. Expect it to be fully written off in the next audited annual statement.
