rbtree, I totally disagree with your assessment. BGL's insistence on continuing their frivolous legal action regarding Cinco Minas & Gran Cabrera has not allowed SRGE (through MSJ) to develop these sites.
It is only a matter of time until BGL has to file for bankruptcy imo. BGL continues to write-off their "investment" in Cinco Minas. (Do you know what their "investment" in Cinco Minas consists of? Answer: Legal and accounting fees).
SRGE/MSJ are patiently waiting for BGL to finally implode.
