I believe without the company coming forward with the deals that addressed in the letter it will be hard for the stock to move. I don't like the idea of keeping communication with the stock market in the dark but hopefully they come forward and put out press releases soon about these deals. When they do this stock will bounce to high $.10s in no time. In the mean time it is ready to bounce to $.02+.
