I specifically asked him about the 400 million shares being sold on the open market. Because common sense tells us all that would be giving the shares away!!! If you sell 400 million shares at the current share price...your looking at a measly 4 million dollars, and most likely a lot less. Here's why, 400 million shares being diluted would certainly drop the PPS even more. So we would be lucky to get a tragic 2.5 million dollars for 400 million shares!!! Talk about detrimental!

So I stated this concern, and he stated that they would not be sold on the open market. These guys could get a lot more than .01 a share if their smart about it, and management I assume knows this.
