Taber regarding the A/S increase this is not what I understood from my conversation with Dan today but i definitely prefer the explanation Dan provided you. According to IR although the A/S has increased I believe he indicated they had not yet reached the market or maybe they had not been approved for the O/S? He was vague or maybe I misunderstood.
