Question (another one):
If these "colluding entities" (CE) - still not sure who, or what they are, or how many there are, etc. - can manipulate and control, seemingly at will, and can "show what they want, when they want", and apparently the "dolts" (the SEC, I gather), are at worst, in cahoots with the CE's, or, at best, simply too incompetent to do anything about them - WHY WOULD THERE EVER BE A NEED TO "COVER", AND WHY WOULD THESE CE'S BE "VISIBLY ON THEIR KNEES" SHAKING AND/OR PRAYING?
