I think the delay of upload of 4k movies affects all 4k players. Competitors can't upload them any faster than ultraflix.
Possible reasons
1. Awaiting HDR standard
2. Reencoding of all videos with HDR support that is if standard is already set.
3. Signatures and approval for each movie.
4. Ultraflix is timing the release of movies with the release of most 4k TV brands especially sony.
