I agree. I would much rather take the money, then I can put some or all of MY money back into the company at MY discretion. I don't like the idea of 1:1 share exchange at current pps, whatever that may be at the time. We are talking a big $$ difference in value if it stays down where we are now. Now, maybe 1:# of shares of current value = to .20 or 1:1 if the current value of common shares is >/=.20
