It seems to me that the certs redeemed at $ .20/share is a much better deal at this point. than 1:1 certs for shares. So that is what I’m voting for.
Right now one DSUS share is worth about .02.
The difference between .20 and .02 is a 10:1 difference.
So, with the .20/cert I can buy 10x more DSUS shares (at the current prices) than with the 1:1 deal, -which is what I will do.
Clearly DSUS shares will be worth much more in the future.
But If you take the money now, it’s much more flexible situation, because you can buy or do what you want with it, -including buy many more DSUS shares on the open market.
