Celladon announced yesterday that it would be seeking acquisitions and partnerships. I think that makes it fairly clear that the company couldn't salvage anything from Mydicar. Celladon did excellent work with the development of Mydicar but, with the news, I would say the company is worth about what they have in cash...which is about where it has been sitting. Since I put less of a premium on Celladon's ability to transition into a value-adding acquisition company, I don't feel the company has anything left to offer.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
