Next event which should be coming up is that Celladon announces the results of their investigation into why the Mydicar phase II failed to meet endpoints, along with announcing a new direction for the company. The company didn't give any time line for when those should happen.
It would be interesting to know if the drug actually worked to increase the SERCA2a enzyme in the heart or if some mechanism failed to increase the enzyme.

The people who put that together had to be pretty bright--it's impressive work.
