Audited financials are key but I'm not that optimistic any more that we will see them, although I hope I'm wrong. Many mentioned that content must come first so that we could use the revenues generated to get audited; the issue with that line of thought is how could you trust the reported revenues if they are not audited. In the meantime, the OS is almost ≤ AS.
Actually, if they were to spend ~$200k to get the audits in place I'd bet we could get that money back quickly with the type of investors that would see NTEK as a committed company.
The last time management showed potential expenses related to audited financials was in late Dec 2013 for the 2014 Forecast, where they allocated $135k allocated.
I'm sure there're many people that haven't touch NTEK because of this; we could've been trading higher.
