...and some people wonder why we say audited financials are so important. We can't trust their financials, so of course we need them audited. They don't even report everything apparently. Are all microcaps like this? I know some are worse, but are there any that just run a business completely above the radar?

I hope you are right in your other post that if they do anything they do an increase, because a RS...that would not work out well at all. It never does.
