For example, and bear in mind I have no idea what their revs and subs will be in the coming 1-3 years, but lets say NTEK expects to grow subs by 1000% year over year and revenue of $30 M this year, $50 M next, and $75 M in two years. You write a pr saying this, in much more specific terms of course, and this makes people want to buy the stock and HOLD the stock.

I remember a few years ago a stock I was involved in, MMRF, put out a pr similar to this. Stock went from around 3 cents to over 25 cents in a very controlled and logical manner. Also a very legit company that sadly ran into a patent issue and they never did do those revs. But the point is IF the company has reason to believe that kind of growth will take place, putting a forward looking statement out like that is perfectly legal.

IF I was IR I would be all over management to do this. BIG should be on them too. IMO he got too involved in hyping what was coming and not involved enough in giving them good content and prs that will work. He is a good guy though and he can and will help I am sure.
