I am sure he did not answer because he cannot yet. He cannot tell you and not put out an official Pr telling ALL the shareholders. Trust me, as soon as the date is definitive everyone will know. Kind of senseless to bash a company over something like this. Most penny stock companies don't even have SH meetings.
