I totally agree but it's just a hypothetical scenario of how we could get to $5 in 5 years. I've been told countless times that an RS won't happen and that is definitely music to my ears. I also hope demand is there to expand the fleet within the first year. If anything, the timeframe and scenario I wrote is very conservative... including the 2100% ROI.
